I bought baskets from the basket seller above. It was funny, he was trying to get twice as much and I was bargaining with him when a truck drove by and the guys in the window were laughing and smiling and making the number "10" with their hands. They knew he was trying to charge me too much. He ended up caving in and giving me the price I wanted to pay. I paid 10,000 Dong (about 60 cents) and he wasn't upset about it. The people here seem to be so good natured.
